UD-UTE organized a training conference on student support services within the framework of the Digital Education Project

On July 7, 2025, University of Technology and Education (UTE) - the University of Danang (UD) organized a training conference on student support services within the framework of the Digitalising Vietnamese Education (DIVE) Project funded by the European Community's Erasmus+ Program.

DIVE Project aims to support the University and several other higher education institutions - including 11 Vietnamese universities and 3 foreign universities, in developing digital education.

The core focus is on providing opportunities and accompanying students to enhance their learning support utilities and services, as well as daily life conveniences.

At the conference, delegates from 14 universities/colleges both domestic and international participating in the DIVE Project discussed and shared their concerns and visions, along with experiences in fostering connections and implementing key projects.

These projects focus on developing a digital service strategy to enhance the effectiveness of student support services. Discussions also covered the implementation of the "Community Knowledge Framework" and "07 Good Practice Principles in Higher Education."

The representative of UD - UTE affirmed that they will continue to invest resources, particularly in digital infrastructure and improving training quality, contributing to a positive impact on the development of the Vietnamese education system and community, as well as the region.

Through its proactive and pivotal role within the Project's network, UD - UTE has not only achieved positive results but also contributed to affirming its international role and prestige in the process of integration and digital transformation.
