The University of Danang visited and delivered greetings Bunpimay New Year to Laos Consulate General in Da Nang

On the occasion of the traditional Bunpimay New Year of Laos, on April 7, 2021, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Quang Son – Vice President of the University of Danang (UD) paid a visit and delivered greetings the Consulate General of the Lao People's Democratic Republic (PDR) in Da Nang.

Attending were representatives of the Office of Administrative Affairs, Department of International Cooperation-UD. Mr. Viengxay Phommachanh-Lao Consul General in Da Nang and officials of the Consulate General presided over the delegation.

On behalf of UD's leaders, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Quang Son - Vice President of UD respectfully sent to the Consul General of Laos in Da Nang Viengxay Phommachanh and all the leaders, officers and employees of the Consulate General the best wishes on the occasion of the traditional Bunpimay New Year.

UD's Vice President Le Quang Son acknowledged, highly appreciated and thanked the attention, support and cooperation of the Consulate General of Laos in Da Nang to UD in recent years, especially in the field of educational cooperation between Vietnam-Laos.

UD's Vice President expressed his belief and desire that, in the coming time, with close and effective cooperation between relevant agencies of the two countries, especially the Consulate General of Laos in Da Nang, UD will continue to be "Destination", a reliable address, linking the friendship between Vietnam and Laos for traditional cooperation.

At the meeting, the Consul General of Laos in Da Nang Viengxay Phommachanh sincerely thanked the leaders of UD for their attention, support and effective cooperation in training high quality human resources for Laos in many years.

The Consul General of Laos in Da Nang acknowledged and highly appreciated the training and management of Lao students of UD. After graduating from UD, many Lao students have brought into play the qualities, knowledge and skills that were trained in Vietnam and made positive contributions to the socio-economic development of localities and Laos.
