Recently, The University of Danang - Campus in Kontum (UD-CK) has held the Graduation Ceremony (the first batch of 2021) for 22 new engineers and bachelors who are Lao students.

Participating in the ceremony, which was solemnly held, in compliance with regulations on prevention and control of the COVID-19 pandemic, there were representatives of leaders of the Department of Education and Training of Kon Tum province, the Board of Directors of UD-CK and representatives of leaders of departments and faculties, groups, affiliated centers, the representative board of Lao students and 22 Lao students who were honored to receive the diploma this time.

Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Nguyen Phi Hung - Interim Director of UD-CK praised and congratulated the new engineers and bachelors for their efforts to achieve good results. “You can be confident about the knowledge, skills, especially creative thinking methods that each person has accumulated after studying at UD-CK. This is expected to be a solid and essential preparation and inspiration to raise you up in your life as well as your career development”, Dr. Nguyen Phi Hung emphasized.

On this occasion, thanks to the Government, agencies and departments of Southern Laos and Kon Tum provinces, the Interim Director of UD-CK has affirmed the role and mission of the UD-CK to constantly contribute to the training of high quality human resources in the Central Highlands, Southern Laos and Northeastern Cambodia, and at the same time trusted that the new Lao engineers and bachelors graduated in the following disciplines: Traffic Engineering Construction; Information Technology; Agricultural Business; Economic Law will make a positive contribution to the cause of socio-economic development, cultivating the traditional friendship between Vietnam and Laos.

On behalf of Lao students honored to receive their Bachelors' Degree this time, the new bachelor Lakhounmeuang Maita (specialized in Economic Law) expressed his gratitude and respectfully thanked the leaders, teachers and officials of UDCK as well as local leaders of the two countries who have always paid attention and the best conditions for Lao students during the period of study and training.
