The Asian Workshop on Wide Bandgap Semiconductor Materials and Devices (AWWBSMD) will be held at VN-UK Institute, The University of Danang, from April 22-25, 2025. This event brings distinguished domestic and international scientists and scholars together and offers valuable opportunities to initiate and fortify research collaborations and training programs between the research institutions involved.

The workshop features presentations by renowned speakers from Vietnam (The University of Danang), Korea (Korea University, Hanyang University, etc.), and China (Peking University, Tsinghua University, etc.), who will present and exchange their recent advanced research and achievements on semiconductor optoelectronic materials and devices.

Moreover, the AWWBSMD will take place in Danang, one of Vietnam’s most popular travel destinations. It is also a great time to enjoy the wonders of nature, local culture and food, and the fresh atmosphere of the beautiful coastal city of Danang.
