On November 19, 2025, the University of Danang – University of Economics (UD-DUE), in partnership with Four Points by Sheraton Danang and Courtyard by Marriott Danang Han River, hosted an academic scholarship award ceremony recognizing outstanding Hotel Management students. The total value of the scholarships was VND 60 million.

Mr. Shujoy Jha, General Manager of Four Points by Sheraton Danang, emphasized that the scholarships are designed to encourage academic excellence and inspire students to pursue personal and professional growth.

Acknowledging the university’s reputation for high-quality training and its vital role in supplying talent to the hospitality and tourism sectors, representatives of the sponsoring enterprises expressed their commitment to continued collaboration. They aim to foster a dynamic and creative learning environment for students through ongoing engagement with the university.

Dr. Huynh Thi Hong Hanh, Vice Rector of UD-DUE, noted that the scholarships not only provide meaningful financial support - empowering students in their studies and daily lives - but also reflect the sponsors’ strong sense of social responsibility and dedication to education.

The university’s leadership expressed sincere gratitude to the corporate sponsors and voiced aspirations for more joint initiatives that connect academic training with industry practice. During the ceremony, executives from Four Points by Sheraton Danang and Courtyard by Marriott Danang Han River presented six scholarships - two worth VND 15 million, two worth VND 10 million, and two worth VND 5 million - to students who have demonstrated exceptional achievements in academics, personal development, and research.

Scholarship recipients expressed their deep appreciation to university and enterprise leaders for their support, pledging to continue their pursuit of knowledge and professional excellence.
