In the context of the complicated situation of the COVID-19 pandemic, the member universities of the University of Danang (UD’s member universities) have constantly focused on promoting the application of digital platforms in online teaching-learning and testing so as to ensure the progress, training quality, as well as safety and convenience for students in the COVID-19 pandemic prevention and control.

With the support of their schools in collaboration with the Da Nang Youth Union, more and more students in Da Nang have been actively engaged in bringing their creative ideas to fruition. Recently, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Huynh Cong Phap - Rector of Vietnam-Korea University of Information and Communication Technology (VKU) - The University of Danang (UD), Chairman of the club network for Information Technology (IT) training institutes and universities of the Central-Central Highlands region, has attended the online seminar "Promoting the national strategy on artificial intelligence (AI)".

According to the latest update of the Webometrics Ranking of World Universities which was announced in this July, the University of Danang (UD) continued to be among the Top 6 leading universities in Vietnam, at the same time ranked up 57 positions in the global rankings.
