The University of Danang (UD) announces the official university enrollment information in 2023. This year, UD expects to enroll more than 15.000 students, opening many new majors.

In 2023, UD will enroll full-time undergraduate students for 09 UD’s member universities and affiliated training units including: UD-University of Science and Technology (UD-DUT), UD-University of Economics (UD-DUE), UD-University of Science and Education (UD-UED), UD-University of Foreign Language Studies (UD-UFLS), UD-University of Technology and Education (UD-UTE), UD- Vietnam-Korea University of Information and Communication Technology (UD-VKU), UD’s Campus in Kon Tum (UD-CK), UD- VNUK Institute for Research and Executive Education (UD-VNUK), UD-School of Medicine and Pharmacy (UD-SMP).

In 2023, UD has 04 admission methods including: high school exam scores considering, High school transcripts considering, separate admissions and results of the Competency assessment test scores of Vietnam National University-Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi University of Science and Technology or the assessment exam of the capacity of pedagogical schools.

In total, there are 146 majors and training programs in 16 fields.

This year, UD opens a number of new majors/disciplines/training programs to meet the needs of society such as: Digital Marketing (taught entirely in English) of UD-DUE; Artificial Intelligence of UD-VKU; Nanotechnology of UD- VNUK.

UD-DUT

UD-DUT expects to recruit more than 3.500 targets according to 6 recruitment methods including considering direct admission, high school exam scores, academic records, separate admission, and competency assessment tests conducted by Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City and the scores of thinking skills assessment exam organized by Hanoi University of Science and Technology in 2023.

UD-DUE

This year, UD-DUE expects to enroll 3.200 students, according to the 4 UD’s general admission methods and the direct admission one.

For the admission method based on the competency assessment result, candidates are just allowed to submit the results of the Competency Assessment Test of the Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City held in 2023 to participate in the admission registration.

For each discipline/major, UD-DUE only organizes classes if the number of enrolled students for all majors is greater than or equal to 15.

In case students are admitted to the field with the total number of matriculated students below 15, they will be registered to transfer to another training major in the same selection method with a matriculation score lower than or equal to that of the registered major.

In 2023, candidates who are matriculated in Marketing and meet the requirements of English proficiency will be enrolled in the Digital Marketing Program - taught entirely in English.

UD-UED

UD-UED plans to recruit 2.850 targets according to 6 recruitment methods. In which, direct admission is expected to 130 targets; considering high school exam scores is 1,498 targets; report considering is 749 targets.

The individual enrollment method does not exceed 5% of the general target of each major.

UD-UFLS

In 2023, UD-UFLS plans to recruit 1.825 targets according to 5 recruitment methods. For the direct admission method, the subjects are candidates who won first, second and third prizes in cultural subjects in the national exam for excellent students.

Considering the excellent awards in the years 2021, 2022, and 2023. Particularly for the pedagogical major, candidates must have the distinction result of 12^th grade

UD-UTE

UD-UTE plans to recruit 1.400 students according to 5 selection methods. In 2023, UD-UTE expects to open two new majors: Chemical Engineering Technology, Robotics and Artificial Intelligence.

UD-UTE adjusted several admission criteria for groups in its own enrollment method; adjusting a number of combinations of admissions and thresholds of entrance quality assurance for some fields; adjusting the selection combination for Architectural engineering technology.

UD-VKU

UD-VKU expects to enroll 1.500 students according to 5 admission methods. This year, UD-VKU has a new training major - Artificial Intelligence.

UD-CK

In 2023, UD-CK plans to enroll only 260 students according to 3 methods including direct admission, high school exam scores and academic records considering. In which, there are 15 direct admission criteria; 141 targets of high school exam score considering and 104 targets of the academic record considering.

UD-SMP

The expected enrollment in 2023 is 230 targets, basing on 3 methods: direct admission, high school exam scores and high school transcripts considering (only for nursing).

UD-VNUK

It is expected that in 2023, UD-VNUK will recruit 360 candidates according to 4 recruitment methods including: direct admission, high school exam scores, academic records and separate enrollment.

A new point in the enrollment 2023 is the opening of Materials Technology - Nanotechnology.

UD-VNUK has a number of additional selection groups in its own admission method, including: Group 3-candidates participating in the final round of the U-invent in 2021, 2022, and 2023 organized by UD-VNUK.  Candidates who are excellent students in 10^th, 11^th and 12^th grades.
