The University of Danang - University of Science and Education (UD-UED), in partnership with AMA Vietnam Ltd., has awarded 121 scholarships to students for the 2025–2026 academic year.

Each scholarship is valued at USD 400 per student annually and can be renewed over four academic years, with disbursements made in two installments per year. To maintain eligibility, students are required to keep a 'Good' academic standing or higher. Of the total scholarships, 32 were granted to newly admitted students in the 2025 intake.

Addressing the ceremony, Dr. Dinh Thi My Hanh, Vice Rector of UD-UED, stated that the scholarships provide not only financial assistance but also a significant source of motivation, helping students stay focused on their academic and personal development.

She spoke highly of the 12-year support provided by the AMA Scholarship Fund to the university's students, expressing deep appreciation for the fund’s meaningful and sustained contributions. She also voiced her hope for continued cooperation to further strengthen the enduring relationship between the university and AMA.

Mr. Peter Mach, Chairman of the AMA Education Organization and representative of the AMA Scholarship Fund, highlighted that AMA has partnered with Vietnam for 14 years to support the development of high-quality human resources in education, which includes their 12-year commitment to UD-UED students.

Mr. Peter Mach noted that many past scholarship recipients have continued to excel in their studies, pursue innovation, and make meaningful contributions to the community. He affirmed that the fund will continue to support students who demonstrate resilience in overcoming challenges and pursuing knowledge.

Speaking on behalf of the scholarship recipients, student Pham Tan Phuong expressed sincere gratitude to the AMA Scholarship Fund and UD-UED, affirming his commitment to excelling in his studies, developing his skills, and cultivating good character.
