09/03/2026

On March 5, 2026, the University of Danang - University of Economics (UD-DUE) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) officially renewed their Memorandum of Understanding to continue integrating ACCA modules into the University’s academic programs.

On this occasion, the University, ACCA, and KPMG also signed a tripartite cooperation agreement aimed at developing a comprehensive training ecosystem for students.

According to Prof. Dr. Le Van Huy, Rector of UD-DUE, the University and ACCA have maintained a close partnership since ACCA began its operations in Vietnam. A key milestone of this collaboration is the joint implementation of the ACCA-integrated Auditing Program starting in 2024.

The University has also established a tripartite collaboration with ACCA and KPMG since 2021. Through this partnership, students are provided with valuable opportunities to build professional competencies, enhance global integration, and adapt to the professional working environment of leading enterprises.

Representatives of the partner organizations emphasized that through this strategic partnership, students of UD-DUE will not only gain access to professional knowledge and competencies aligned with international standards in accounting and finance, but also have opportunities to gain practical experience at reputable firms such as KPMG. This reflects the shared commitment of all parties to nurturing a new generation of high-quality professionals in Accounting, Auditing, and Finance to meet the demands of the global labor market.

At the ceremony, 15 students who achieved outstanding results in The FA (Financial Accounting) exam of ACCA in the 2025–2026 academic year were commended. The recognition aims to encourage academic excellence and inspire students to continue developing their professional knowledge and skills.

Participants also highly appreciated the practical value of the cooperation initiatives and proposed orientations and solutions to further enhance the effectiveness of the collaboration in the coming period, with the expectation of bringing mutual benefits and strengthening the connection between academic learning and real-world practice.
