The University of Danang – University of Technology and Education strengthens cooperation relationships with technological enterprises

 

On January 15, The University of Danang – University of Technology and Education (UD-UTE) signed a cooperation agreement with Unitec Vietnam Company, a 100% Japanese-invested enterprise, operating in the fields of IC designing and manufacturing and retail of electronic equipment and components. UD-UTE also recently coordinated with Nihon Information Company, Japan to organize a career orientation workshop in Information Technology (IT) for students of the Faculty of Digital Technology.

According to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Phan Cao Tho – Rector of UD-UTE, with a tradition of more than 60 years of training human resources in engineering and technology, UD-UTE always focuses on strengthening the schools and enterprises relationships, especially enterprises operating in high-tech industries such as Artificial Intelligence, IoT, semiconductor microchips... to improve the quality of training and scientific research; promote supply-demand cooperation of high-quality human resources and application and innovation.

According to the Agreement signed between UD-UTE and Unitec Vietnam, the two sides would focus on implementing cooperation activities in academic projects; coordinating in building, updating, and reviewing training programs; awarding scholarships to students; organizing activities and competitions among students; prioritize to recruiting students graduating from UD-UTE...

Leader of Nihon Information Company awarded scholarships to 03 students of UD-UTE

 

On this occasion, Mr. Setoyama Ryoji - Director of Unitec Vietnam awarded 02 specialized computers (42 million VND) and a license to use Quadcept software for 6 months (08 accounts with 120 million VND) for UD-UTE

Students of the Faculty of Digital Technology discussed and explored the employment opportunities in Japan

At the workshop, Mr. Kato Takaaki - General Director of Nihon Information Company awarded 03 scholarships (03 million VND/scholarship) to 03 students with excellent academic achievements and Japanese language ability: Tran Hoang Anh; Pham Thanh Hieu and Le Khac Hieu
