The University of Danang - Danang International Institute of Technology organized a scientific seminar on the construction of an automatic recognition system in food hygiene and safety and a summary of the Toxin-Checker project 2021.

 

On November 13th, The University of Danang - Danang International Institute of Technology – (UD-DNIIT) held a scientific seminar on the construction of an automatic recognition system in food hygiene and safety and a summary of the Toxin-Checker project 2021.

Attending the seminar were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Quang Son – UD’s Vice President, Prof. Dr.Sc. Le Thanh Nhan – Dean of UD-DNIIT cum UD’s Honorary Professor, senior representative of UD's International Cooperation Department and scientists, experts, lecturers from UD’s universities and institutes.

At the seminar, Vice President Le Quang Son highly recognized and appreciated the significance of the Toxin Checker Project chaired by UD-DNIIT with the support and companionship of leading universities (University of Côte d'Azur – the French Republic; UD; National University of Laos during the past 03 years (2019-2021)).

The project had achieved key goals and completed the tasks of international scientific research cooperation among the three countries which had the traditional friendship and strategic partnership namely Vietnam, France and Laos.

Vice President Le Quang Son also gave his congratulations to UD-DNIIT and its partners, scientists, experts, and lecturers for their efforts and enthusiasm in topics, projects as well as its active contributions to the development of the socio-economic of the Central region and Vietnam, thereby contributing to improve the prestige and position of UD-DNIIT and UD as a whole.

At the seminar, Prof. Dr.Sc. Le Thanh Nhan summarized and highlighted the results and imprints of the Toxin-Checker Project, and gave his special thanks to the interest and support of AUF, University of Cote d'Azur, UD as well as the partners with their active and effective contributions to reasearch teams, scientists and experts.

            “The technological results and products have been applied and transferred to ensure food safety for the community, which is increasingly becoming one of the most important concerns of all authorities and citizen” said Prof. Dr. Sc. Le Thanh Nhan.
