On March 20, 2023, the external assessment team of the Center for Education Quality Accreditation, Vinh University conducted a preliminary survey to serve the external assessment of 03 training programs of the University of Danang, VNUK Institute for Research and Executive Education (UD-VNUK), including International Business and Management, Computer Science Engineering and Biomedical Science.

UD-VNUK’s leader introduced overview and outstanding features of UD-VNUK, focusing on the external assessment requirements of the training programs, accordingly UD-VNUK always paid attention to invest in educational quality assurance in order to continuously improve the quality of training and scientific research; creating a teaching-learning environment that inspires innovation and creativity for learners; promoting community involvement, meeting business and social needs.

According to Dr. Tran Dinh Quang, the objective and content of the preliminary survey was to find out, prepare and unite the official survey plan and program to serve the external assessment for the 03 training programs of UD-VNUK.

Speaking at the meeting, Vice President Dr. Le Thanh Bac highly acknowledged and appreciated the efforts of UD-VNUK's team in deploying the quality assurance and accreditation of training programs.

Vice President Le Thanh Bac gave special thanks to the survey team as well as the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation of Vinh University for supporting the external assessment of UD-VNUK, thereby helping UD-VNUK to receive clearly its strengths and limitations, thereby continuing to improve the training quality, meeting the needs and interests of stakeholders.

After the preliminary survey, at the end of the working session, the representatives of UD and the Center for Education Quality Accreditation - Vinh University signed a Memorandum of Understanding to agree on the plan of conducting the external assessment for 03 undergraduate training programs of UD-VNUK from April 07 to 14, 2023
