In the morning of May 15, 2020, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Vu - Member of the Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, President of the University of Danang (UD) chaired the meeting with leaders of the Union of Science and Technology Associations.

On the morning of May 18, Prof. Dr. Phung Xuan Nha - Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam cum Secretary of Personnel Board cum Minister of Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) and the senior delegation paid a courtesy visit and worked with the University of Danang (UD) on the development strategy in the new phase.

On May 15, the Evaluation Council of the Ministry of Construction conducted the evaluation process for The University of Danang (UD)’s construction planning at the ratio of 1:2000 according to the planning mission approved by Prime Minister.

University of Danang (UD) such as University of Science and Technology - UD, University of Economics - UD, University of Science and Education - UD and University of Foreign Language Studies - UD announced and awarded decisions on appointment, reappointment, extension of the period of leadership, management of affiliated faculties and divisions for the term of 2019-2024.

On the morning of May 8, 2020, Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) organized an online conference on higher education enrollment 2020 under the chairmanship of Minister Phung Xuan Nha, co-chairmanship with Minister in Hanoi was Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Phuc.
