On December 17, 2024, at the 23rd session of the University of Danang’s Council for the 2021-2026 term, the Resolution on appointing Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Huu Phuc - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Chairman of the UD Trade Union to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the UD Council for the 2021-2026 term was announced.

On December 30, 2024, the University of Danang (UD) held the program “International Students Day – Connection for Sustainable Development and Celebration for the New Year 2025.” The event was attended by Prof. Dr. Le Quang Son, Vice President of UD; Mr. Adrian Fraser Robertson, CEO of MyTeam Company; and more than 100 international students of the UD.
