On the occasion of the New Year 2024, member universities of the University of Danang (UD) organized cultural and language exchange activities, inspiring international students (LHS) who were studying, researching, integrating, and understanding Vietnamese cultural identity.

The "Tet in me-2024" at UD-University of Foreign Language Studies (UD-UFLS)

UD-UFLS organized the language-cultural exchange program "Tet in me-2024", attracting officials, lecturers, and students, mostly from the Faculty of International Studies with many community activities such as: Exchanging and learning about the Lunar New Year and customs and traditions of Vietnam and other countries (Laos, Thailand, China...).

According to Dr. Huynh Ngoc Mai Kha - Vice Rector of UD-UFLS, “the mission of training and researching languages, culture, human civilization, contributing to the cause of national development and integration" always focused on creating a comfortable, friendly academic environment that respects and promotes multicultural identity so that students could be excited, felt secure in learning, integrating and connecting with UD-UFLD as well as with other Vietnamese students.

The international student exchange festival attracted a large number of international students and Vietnamese students to welcome the new year

at UD- University of Science and Education (UD-UED)

Previously, UD-UED successfully organized the program "International Student Exchange Festival” to welcome the new year 2024 on the 74^th traditional day of Vietnamese students.

The program, which was chaired by the Youth Union and the Student Association, attracted more than 1,000 international students studying/interning/learning the Vietnamese language at UD-UED to exchange with Vietnamese students, thereby bringing a warm and vibrant atmosphere for youth to welcome the new year.

According to the representative of the Organizing Board, UD-UED was a prestigious "address" for international students with more than 20 years of experience and tradition in training international students, including Lao, Chinese, Asean... students.

Students introduced "Tet rice tray" to spread a culture with a rich Vietnamese identity

The active participation of clubs, teams, and groups of UD-UED’s Student Association spread and inspired international students to have many deep impressions about the culinary stalls, decorate "five-fruit trays" and rice trays for Vietnamese New Year…
