Pursuant to the plan of key tasks and solutions for the 2023-2024 school year of the education sector (Decision No. 2457/QĐ-BGDĐT of the Minister of the Ministry of Education and Training dated August 23, 2023); promoting the achieved results and overcoming all difficulties, the University of Danang (UD) issued official dispatch No. 3875/ĐHĐN-VP of the President of the UD dated September 8, 2023 on implementing tasks and solutions for the 2023-2024 academic year, determining to successfully implement the school year’s theme “Emulating for good teaching, good learning, good research, good service for the goal of sustainable development”.

On July 14, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Quang Son – Vice President of the University of Danang (UD) hosted a reception with the delegation from Mimasaka City (Japan) led by Vice Mayor Haruna Nobuaki.

On July 19, 2023, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Quang Son – Vice President of the University of Danang (UD) hosted an online signing ceremony of Memorandum of Understanding with Otemae University - OD (Japan) with the participation of Prof. Mitsutoshi Hirano – President of Otemae University, Prof. Kozo Izawa – Vice President of Otemae University.

From July 26-27, 2023, University of Economics – the University of Danang (UD) hosted the 14th Vietnam Economists’ Annual Meeting (VEAM) with the cooperation of the Foreign Trade University, the Development and Policies Research Center (DEPOCEN), and the National Center for Scientific Research (France).

On 28 July, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Vu – President of the University of Danang (UD), hosted the reception with the delegation from Wakayama Prefectural Council (Japan) led by Mr. Yoshii Kazumi – Member of the Prefectural Council, Chairman of Tourism Promotion Council of Wakayama Prefecture.
